What is a semi-permanent mani?

Semi-permanent manicure is one of the manicure options available for nails. More specifically, it is a type of varnish with a gel consistency, which can last up to two weeks. It is applied on the natural nails and does not artificially lengthen them at all. It was considered groundbreaking when it first appeared on the market and it has been loved by a large number of women. The procedure followed to apply the semi-permanent gel is exactly the same as simple nail polish, with the only difference being the use of a UV or LED lamp (or oven) after each product coating on the nails.

The advantages of semi-permanent manicure are:

• It lasts longer than simple varnish (up to 14 days)
• The result is more intense and shiny compared to the simple varnish due to the special composition of the semi-permanent mani.
• It protects the nails from breaking and helps them grow longer and healthier
• It dries very quickly because the nails are placed in the special oven. When the semi-permanent application process is over, the color on your nails is completely dry and you don’t have to wait at all.
