The lifespan of false eyelashes depends on the life cycle of your natural eyelashes, which is about 4-6 weeks. When the natural eyelash that holds the extension completes its life cycle and falls, the extension falls with it.

How often should it be done?

Home care

Home care is also quite important to optimize the final result. You don’t have to do anything tedious. You just need to avoid letting your new lashes come into contact with water or steam for 24 hours after application.

Then, you can clean them lightly with water without rubbing.

Avoid using oil-based products, as well as mascara. After all, one of the main advantages of applying artificial eyelashes is that you can forget about the daily eye make-up and look impressive and well-groomed without doing anything at all!

Extensions removal

Eyelash extensions, whether it is one-by-one technique or the 3D technique, are removed from the eyelashes, when the natural hair that holds them falls. If you have decided that you do not prefer maintenance of your eyelashes, but removal of the extensions, you can apply a removal product (gel or cream) to “help” the process.

How will you use it?

The removal products are quite easy to use and they are very convenient. They should be applied while standing, not lying down, as contact with the eye should be avoided as much as possible. The product should be applied exclusively by an Eyelash Expert, on the eyelashes and never on the skin of the eyelid, as they may cause irritation or burns.

After removing the artificial ones, your natural eyelashes will look quite dull. This is normal as you are used to seeing your lashes enhanced with the extra hair. Apply coconut oil or almond oil to your natural lashes to give them all the nutrients they need.
